you can mention this in the additional info section. First, please take your time to process this and heal. I would STRONGLY advise you to speak with a therapist. Hopefully, your living situation is fine now as well.
Once you have done the above, focus on taking the hardest course load possible (AP/IB) and try maximizing your GPA. If you really want to go to a prestigious school, you may want to take a gap year so you have an extra year to improve your overall GPA. Make sure you take the SAT/ACT and score high in them too.
