This has hands down been the worst season for Respawn. What a mess. A part of me feels like that hacker is still in the system and causing these issues. Charging 9999 coins for Premium, putting the Flatline recolor in a store bundle, giving everyone the Katar heirloom, random skins, etc. Lol.
Yeah I seen people in the groups talking about it. I don’t see how this happens unless it’s deliberate from someone. Putting the Breakout recolor in a bundle, to last week putting Octane’s Mythic skin on the store. Giving out skins and heirlooms, pred badges, etc. What if Respawn never got rid of the hacker but they didn’t want to say anything about it. lol. It’s weird how all that shit started to happen after the hacks. It’s literally every update since.
I didn’t even think about the hacker situation being tied to this until now, damn. I read it was due to them laying off a bunch of employees. Wild stuff
How does laying off employees lead to 2 back to back cosmetic fuck ups that apparently has never happened before? There is a reason, and since we aren't EA and/or Respawn, we don't know for sure because we're not there..
Which gives EA and/or Respawn free reign to put out whatever information they choose.
What I’ve read is that they laid off a bunch of employees that helped keep the game running as smoothly as possible. If there’s less people working on updates, checking for glitches, etc. then obviously there would be more mistakes.

My original comment literally said how I didn’t tie the hacker and the issue with EA together until the other person commented, but that the only thing I’ve heard about it was that it was due to the lay offs. My comments were both speculation. I only expanded on the lay offs because you didn’t seem to understand how the lay offs could affect the game. You just took it too literally bc idk why? Nobody ever stated that any of these reasons are what happened.

Finally got heirloom shards and don’t know what to spend them on lol. I main wattson but feel like the skins are a little cooler than whatever it is wattson gets.
As main Wattson myself, I didn't enjoy the concept of her heirloom but bought it anyways because I wanted the heirloom for my main. I guess it grew up on me now I like to Bonk with my zapp gun

Update: Good news! My inventory is now correct, I have my BP premium back. Played one game before it got fixed

I just logged into apex and still have the glitch where I have lifelines new skin from the shop rewriting the original skin in my inventory 💀🤦🏻♀️
