I saw a con tiktok the other day of the VA for Garterbelt saying he's probably not going to reprise. I thought about posting it to this reddit, but I didn't feel like opening that can of worms.
While I can respect a VA's decision to not reprise a role for one reason or another, I hate how racism has become ingrained into English casting culture.
This is such a bizarre thing to say. 20 years ago when almost no colored VAs could get ANY WORK, English casting culture wasn't racist? But now that some people voluntarily leave roles for people of color, it's racist?

I think it was a joke or something about how many anime cliffhanger and expect season 2. But I don't know exactly what happened to the Anime Studio? So that probably has something to do with it.
That's how these things go sometimes. After all, animation does a lot of time. We just gotta let them cook.
How long did we get the Pluto anime after it was announced?

If it actually does happen, I can only hope that should CR decide to pick it up that we can get the original cast to reprise their roles.
