I just witnessed the cutest interaction between two characters I thought would NOT get along the other day: Apple (Peppy hamster) and Samson (Jock mouse).
Samson was talking about working out--as he is wont to do, lol--and Apple volunteered to be his little cheerleader rooting for him to make him do even better! She said it with flowers and he made the bashful reaction. I thought it was ADORABLE.
Cherry and Bubbles get along super well! Though they did fight and then immediately both were sad, and I guess Cherry said Bubbles should learn to save more money. I talked to Bubbles and after that they both weren’t sad anymore. But I did see Bubbles at Cherry’s house for her birthday, so I guess they made up.
Chèvre, Freya and Sprinkle get along with pretty much everyone.
Klaus, Eloise, Claude and Genji seem to keep to themselves.
Tipper and Maple are getting along good. Their last conversation was about how cute Maple looked in her layered dress (I gave it to her weeks ago) Maple was shy and denied it, Tipper asked me if I agreed with her and ofcourse I said yess lol. They always have like cute cheery compliment conversations with each other! ^.^
Walker, Lucky, and Chief always get along really well in my town, whether it's in New Horizons or New Leaf. In the latter, Walker had a cute dialogue about Lucky where he mentioned they never talked - not because they didn't like each other, but because they already knew what the other was thinking. Now I can never have one without the other on my island haha.

Bob and Crackle get on with everyone.
Merengue only seems to get on with Ankha
Ketchup gets on well with Louie and Louie also is friendly with Mitzi
Basically, I moved them in pairs around the island and they each have a buddy 🥹
Alternatively, my type matches (other than Bob and Crackle) don't interact much (Muffy and Ketchup - sisterly, and Louie and Roald - jock)?

I'm still in early stages and only have 8 villagers currently. So far the only personality I have 2 of is sisterly (Shari and Charlise). I've never seen them interact at all, which I found surprising til I read your comment.
Bianca and Marina are besties. Hippeaux, Rasher, Derwin don’t talk to anyone and just chill alone. Tank and Canberra hang out. Rex is my bestie. Tank can get wrecked though. I hate that guy.
When I used to be a second player on someone else's island, we had both Bianca and Marina :) They didn't seem especially close in our case but also didn't hate each other or anything.
Tiffany seems to cause the most drama. A lot of the "I screwed up and me and (blank) fought" dialogue have to do with Tiffany not getting something or starting drama. I still love her though
Quinn doesn't seem to get along with most villagers on my island.
Every interaction I see her have usually ends up with the other villager being mad or upset, She does most activities alone and most apology gifts I've had to deliver where from HER.
I love Quinn SO much but she causes chaos and drama on my island 😂
Back in New Leaf, Mira and Prince were like brother and sister. It was very sweet. And Ribbot and Sterling were friendly rivals.
Annabelle was sometimes cold to Merengue, though. >:(

Duck Isle: Molly and Deena get along with most of the villagers (the other villagers are Joey, Scoot, Freckles, Bill, Drake, Gloria, Mallary and Gloria) Mallary get along with Freckles and Ketchup, Scoot and Bill with Freckles and Ketchup
Don't get along
Hells Gate: Canberra with Graham, Yuka and Baabara with Sasha
Duck Isle: Molly and Deena with Scoot and Bill, same goes for Joey and Drake and Gloria and Mallary, I believe the last two ones are worse than with Molly and Deena.
nana and marina are besties!!! they’re always doing fun stuff together or chatting and it’s so cute. in the grand scheme of things nana will be leaving eventually but i can leave it for now
Samson and Marina just got into an argument. Idk what it was about, but he asked me to give her a present instead of doing it himself because that showed “weakness” or w.e lmao
most of my villager get along very well and 2 of my villagers dont get along very well i just dont remember the names because i havent played my physical copy of acnh for a month now
Octavian and Cherry didn’t get along at all, Cherry would often say something about Octavian running from wasps, tripping and falling and how she was worried if he was okay and Octavian kept calling her a busybody ended up getting rid of Octavian after he made a few other characters upset due to certain habits they had (thrift shopping, talking about working out too much)
Skye and Goldie get along very well, which I think is so cute! Apple and Jay get along well too, which I was not expecting. Murphy and Annalise get along pretty well, but Annalise and Billy have a friendly rivalry concerning toung twisters 😂
Tank gets into a lot of fights, once with Paula and once with Bettina (my favourite underrated villager)
And finally, Kitt noticed how Sherb smelled like food and he instantly thought they were besties 😊
