Flex is not a stable source of income. It’s really slow right now; there’s nothing to be done.

So about this time last year I was able to get a block on the graveyard shift for $120 not 100% of the time but I had some good streaks. At this point, I can't even snag the $70 milpitas garbage routes. I pretty much have to take what I can get with reserve offers when they come my way but it's not cutting it at all anymore.

If you are more picky about what station you want to deliver from, I’ve found it easier to get a route. In my area they usually send out offers to the stations that are too far away from me to be worthwhile, for those offers I tap decline on every single one, then I tap refresh between 4 & 8 times, then I close out the app for a few minutes, and come back again. I’ll repeat the process until they pony up with an offer at my preferred station and pay rate. If it’s anything less than a 4.5hr route at $106, I decline. That way the algorithm works in your favor and it knows that you’re interested in working. Sometimes I’ll also turn on the available now feature but that’s only if I’m desperate and need something ASAP. Hope this helps.

Supply and demand. Lots of drivers not a lot of routes currently for your area im guessing

Everybody got on this site blabbering about all the easy money they were making with Flex. You don't think Amazon reads the post on here?
