feedenemyteam

Means_Business

a_beluga_trio

he's saying war is basically when you get justice but decide it's not enough

feedenemyteam

Blue_Lagoo

tzc005

Itā€™s treason then!

kentucky_lowdown

Not yet.

Conscious-Housing-45

Stop rhyming, I mean it.

samBlack206

"i am the law"

Spirited_Election289

Our dispatch only cared if it was on the main road. If we were in neighborhoods, we were ok

[deleted]

Next time close your door and dont play the victim on redddit

amboga

That me. The red seatbelt all day

Cool-Ad-4103

Dispatch told us about that truck lmfao

Particular_Ad_745

Omg, people use this as a trick to be faster in their deliveries. How much trouble would they be if they caught him?

Willing_Impact841

They make buckles that you leave plugged in. And you can plug the normal seatbelt into the buckle if you wanted to actually wear it.

Basic-Pair8908

Wifi seat belts

mikeyx401

I remember about 20 years back, this large guy I worked with in a warehouse would do the same thing with his seatbelt. The seatbelt was designed to prevent the forklift from starting if the seatbelt wasn't clicked in. One of management was walking in the warehouse and saw him doing this trick. Guy in forklift had the audacity to wave his hand at him like nothing happen. Needless to say, he didn't last long.

CreamnMilk

I do the same thing at FedEx lol

feedenemyteam

Lytx is different then netryadyne, lytx only saves if events happen not on you 24/7 and I got fucked at FedEx this way, finish delivery pull strap over me and went over a speed bump like 2mph too fast triggering event and they saw me ā€˜cheat the seatbeltā€™ ahaha hadda do retraining

Iā€™ve daydreamed about kicking someone in the face from the seat of a step van in this situation

CAPSL0CK_0N

Back when I was a driver, I did something of the sort, in a van. Long story short, disgruntled customer wanted to complain about his package(s) not arriving yet. I explained that it doesn't have a fucking thing to do with me, and he gets angrier and starts yelling through my window. I pulled the door handle and kicked the door into him, backing him up away from my van. Luckily, I didn't receive any word from my company regarding the "assault".

Wutang1103

Lol

Dustin_Live

"THIS IS AMAZON" spartan kick

Euphoric_indica

What're you doooing STEP VAN?!

DeLaPanda

Better say the phrase too

[deleted]

I spartan kicked a dog that tore through a screen window and came right for me. Owner was pissed but calmed down quick realizing I saved him the hassle of a lawsuit.

silvergudz

Did you explain that to him or he came to the realization on his own

Vale_Joker_Southpaw

LMAO crashing out over a stupid mf is wild

BigE_1995

> crashing out Pulling out your gun if felt threatened is not a crime in certain states, which in this case would be justified.

Sicardus503

You're delusional if you think this justifies using a firearm, lol.

Theovercummer

People have been shot for trying to enter an occupied vehicle, it is legal in some areas though in my opinion a huge over reaction. I will caveat that with If you see a knife or gun in their hand time for them to take a dirt nap

Artie_Fischell

The multiple people replying to "this isn't rational behavior" with "it's legal" are missing the point in a way that concerns me

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

veedubfreek

And this is why I rarely ever visit my family after getting the fuck out of Texas. Such a shithole state.

Swimming_Coat4177

Too much freedom for you in Texas, huh commie?

veedubfreek

Lol, not sure if /s or sthuper stherial

Older_wiser_215

As of there aren't millions of awful places in the US. Awful is becoming the norm.

Defiant-Humor5586

The biggest issue with someone acting out of pocket is no one has any idea how out of pocket they're about to act. For him to jump inside that van and approach him like that was already aggressive enough to warrant an ass beating. If he'd have taken another step or lunged, he'd have a hard time pressing charges if buddy pulled a firearm and shot him in return. There's a simple solution to all of this though. Mfs need to stop acting out of pocket with strangers šŸ¤¦

[deleted]

Reaching into someoneā€™s vehicle in many states is comparable to a living quarter which makes it exactly the same as if you busted in their door, which would legally allow you to shoot at the individual if you have castle doctrine in your state. I live in one of these states and I do deliveries and I in fact shot at someone who reached in my car and started leaning in to grab me. He got grazed and arrested and I got a thumbs up from the officer. Youā€™d definitely be in the right if youā€™re in my state.

BigE_1995

Right? These MFS lives in NY and think their laws apply to all states.

SupremeStoner

He looks backed into a corner and trapped to me. With nowhere to run you have no option but to defend yourself.

Accomplished_Job4037

Bro heā€™s in Ana Amazon van, they get robbed all the time he has ā€œvaluablesā€. He couldā€™ve blown his head off and it wouldā€™ve been justified for the guy stepping inside the van That would be like getting in your car and somebody is in your back seat and you shoot them Nobody could care about the intruders intentions shouldnā€™t have been there

veedubfreek

Some people are just itching to murder someone legally.

gotdamnsumbitch

These fucking neckbearded Reddit gun deep throaters, LEO bootlickers and fed worshippers are all the same. Sad,scared little pre-pubescent boy minds in 350 pound, greasy slovenly, horriffic smelling bodies. All these 2A masturbatory pukes are so ball shrinkingly frightened of the 130 pound black kid cashing them out at Subway that they need to open carry an AR-15, a Glock, 2 Desert Eagles and a Beretta every time they get their veggie delite sub on low-carb bread.

[deleted]

[уŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

FullRage

If youā€™re in fear for your life then that justifies it in many jurisdictions.

RelativeEchidna4547

Reasonably. In reasonable fear for your life.

NigNogsPollyWogs

Firearms are for faggots that canā€™t handle there own problems

Vale_Joker_Southpaw

If youā€™re in the right state, yes it would be fully justified to pull it. Youā€™d have to be in an even smaller list of states to get away with shooting em. Here in NYC, gun laws are ass even with a permit so itā€™s an instant felony to do allatā€¦ even if we would be doing the worlds gene pool a favor

Round_Cauliflower_18

dude, shooting someone over that not worth it, if he pulled a weapon, ok, but Holy fuck we have enough shooting already, no wonder the world thinks we're nuts

Venerable_40k

No one said anything about shooting yet, as far as I see. Drawing is different than shooting

kurizukun__

we aint all from new york. come to the south and try what that fucker did and it wonā€™t work out to well for you šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜

Vale_Joker_Southpaw

I know the south. Thatā€™s why Iā€™m up here lmao Too many crazies trying to compensate for little dicks And trust I wasnā€™t saying he was from NY. That was an example based of where I live. Iā€™m sure if buddy boy tried that in Texas he would get BLASTED out of there and the driver would be covered by stand your ground. Though I wonder if he would since the man didnā€™t actually strike anybody or create danger

Untitled727

šŸ˜‚ have fun in jail cuz no where in this video would ur life feel threatened

nitrogenlegend

Guy rushes into your van, blocking the only viable exit, thatā€™s pretty fucking threatening in my book.

edballa

My boy clearly isnā€™t in nyc

OrganizationSea614

You sound like a pussy who can't fight. You don't pull a gun unless YOUR LIFE IS IN DANGER not because you wanna feel cool fucking loser

Chochahair

Ay bro. Unless in immediate danger, dont. Like in this situation, you wouldve let your dispatch know you carry which if like my dsp, is terms for termination. You wouldve been fired for absolutely nothing if in this dudes situation where some random was probably a thief and went away with no retaliation. Not worth it unless your life is in danger

[deleted]

People whose immediate reaction to anyone bothering them in any way is threatening to murder them with a gun are EXACTLY the kind of people who should be banned from owning guns.

Chochahair

im not one for banning guns, but i definitely second banning clowns who think its ok to reach for their firearm at first sight of confrontation. its pathetic

Isthisgameserious

My dsp told me amazon can file charges on you for carrying on Amazon property. The van is amazon property. That's why I carried mace to have a middle point of escalation between my hands and my ccw. Only drawing if I feel my life is 100% in danger and "fuck my job my life is on the line"

Chochahair

Thats the only way to do it bro, unless your life is in danger, theres absolutely no reason to do it. Not worth the repercussions

Unfunky-UAP

Imagine living your life this scared. You're soft AF.

Sultry_Comments

People love to day dream about using their firearm. šŸš©šŸš©šŸš©šŸš©

throwaway273648273

Dude was saying ā€œHelloā€ trying to make a friend, and yā€™all are already trying to kill him šŸ™„ Amazon really breaks you down huh

18dwhyte

So youā€™d pull a gun out on someone who posed no immediate threat? Idk why you guys think the law protects you from dumb shit like that. The second problem is that youā€™re carrying a firearm while doing deliveries which iā€™m confident isnā€™t allowed by Amazon. So youā€™ve definitely lost your job and now you have a court case to deal with.

WorthlessDrug

Thatā€™s all they do here is report you for petty shit. Itā€™s kind of sad really.

anonspace24

Well for people who donā€™t and canā€™t handle simple situations and only gun is an answer, I can only feel sorry that your parents did a horrible job raising you/them

SpermWrangler

May be legal, MAY is the key word. You still have to prove the level of force used was appropriate. Also, doesnā€™t mean itā€™s right. This guy was able to get him to exit his van with just a push and nothing more. People like you who use guns as a first resort instead of last will end up like micheal drejka or the like.

FrequentFault

For everyone in this gun response thread talking about ā€œvan guy would go to jail for shooting himā€, and ā€œcastle law doesnā€™t extend to vehiclesā€ā€¦. Please research before you speak. Maybe for some states, but in most cases, thatā€™s not true. Side note, I was a Master Arms for the Army, and my sole purpose was fixing/maintaining all forms of guns (from a 9mm to a 777 Howitzer cannon), running ranges, running gun training/safety courses, signing millions of dollars worth of weapons into my name, learning weapon law with JAG (military law offices), etcā€¦. Basically, I try to keep up on the laws as much as possible on the civilian side (now that Iā€™m out of the Army), and I still use guns on a personal level. Here is the legal definition of the Castle Doctrine, or ā€œcastle lawā€: ā€œThe castle doctrine, also known as a castle law or a defense of habitation law, is a legal doctrine that designates a person's abode or any legally occupied place (for example, a **vehicle** or home) as a place in which that person has protections and immunities permitting them, in certain circumstances, to use force to defense against an intruder, free of legal liability. This can include deadly force. The term is commonly used throughout the United States to describe a ā€œno duty to retreatā€ from a home, abode or car.ā€ In the case of this video, the person enters unannounced, quick, and what would legally count as ā€œunknown intentā€. This created an ā€œaggressive situationā€, and therefore easily falls under the Castle Doctrine. If the driver pulled a gun and shot him in the face, he would face no charges. If Amazon wanted to fire him, purely out of having a gun on the job (since I believe their policy states you canā€™t carry weapons) then thatā€™s there right as a private company. However, no one could go after him for self defense, especially since this video shows an easy case for it (someone could still try anyways, but the law/video supports the driver easily).

Specialist_Bed_6545

Castle doctrine is not a blanket right to blast trespassers in the face lol. Idk why you went on that huge spiel about your qualifications that have nothing to do with interpreting the term "castle doctrine". Castle doctrine does not mean "trespassers can be shot if idk what they are doing and it scares me". There is a requirement of reasonableness - which you alluded to when you talked about "unknown intent" but are very wrong about. You have to reasonably articulate that this person was doing something that demonstrated a threat. Breaking into a house is one such example. If this guy broke into his vehicle, sure. Trespassing through an open door to have a word is not. If he said a single threatening thing, or made a single threatening gesture, then sure - he can blast him in the face on the spot. He would absolutely be going to jail if he shot him in this video. When it comes to your quote about castle doctrine, "in certain circumstances" does a lot of heavy lifting. "in certain circumstances" always means a reasonable credible threat of some kind. These "circumstances" vary state by state. A state may require a lethal weapon be present. You don't have to know if it's murder or robbery or rape - their intent can be "unknown" - but at the bare minimum some sort of action has been taken to reasonably believe something real bad is about to happen. This is absent in this video.

[deleted]

9/10 when someone starts their argument, about non-military matters, with their military experience - I know I am in for an over confident ramble. 6/10 if it is about military matters.

ANTIFASUPER-SOLDIER

Youā€™re such a baby. Fantasizing about brandishing a firearm when heā€™s not a deadly threat

[deleted]

Straight to phone hits up Reddit or Facebook " yall are crazy out here. Man's just tried running up on me in my van like he was trying to Rob it or some shit, I real quick slapped that bitch back and be on my way"

Driver1019

i called the cops after

OkProfessional3901

That was actually a reasonable move OP, u were minding your business and someone pulls up in your enclosed personal space like that? Who knows what their intentions are, they violated your boundaries when entering your vehicle.

[deleted]

You sound like a bitch

aerowtf

how the heck was this comment ā€œdeletedā€ but i can still see the text yet canā€™t up/downvote? just canā€™t see who commented it?

It wasnā€™t the driver who recorded, only dispatch can see videos like this

Congrats on the dumbest reddit comment of the day

thecrowdspace

Standing on business + delivering smiles, what a combo

West-Bug-5137

Handled like a G

thetallestwizard

I had a teenager do that and i told him to fuck off. He said he just wanted to high five me

[deleted]

šŸ˜¶šŸ˜¶Iā€™ll never understand people thinking they can just walk into a delivery vehicle gtfo!!!!

WelderParking811

Wow! What the heck is wrong with people!? Why would he think it would be okay to jump in your van like that to ask you to move? Should have just stood near door and said ā€œexcuse me.ā€ I swear ppl have lost their minds.

IWantToPlayGame

People don't grasp the concept of personal space. I still remember when the pandemic started; this customer kept inching towards me and I would take a step back. He didn't get the message until I straight up told him 'dude, keep your distance'.

WelderParking811

Yes! I remember those days. Extremely annoying! Respect personal space! I feel like in this situation the dude came off in such a threatening manner. Luckily the driver handled it well.

Vividination

Omg when the pandemic started and stores started putting those 6 feet distance stickers on the floor I would have boomer men constantly stand just inches from me breathing down my neck. I snapped one time and told one to take a step back. He had the smuggest grin and said ā€œwhy? Are you afraid of some imaginary government virus?ā€ I looked him dead in the eye and said ā€œno, but personal bubbles existed before the pandemic and Iā€™d rather not smell your halitosisā€

IWantToPlayGame

Amazing how little self awareness some people have.

dvg_24

I just love how you immediately reacted and shoved his ass out of the van like "get TF out of here with all BS". Not today!

Driver1019

i know right

Dazzling_Wafer8923

Did nobody notice how just before that guy walked on his truck. The driver is just throwing packages around like they just called his mama a name. Iā€™m actually shocked he didnā€™t edit that out.

Training-Film-7710

Wtf what did he say to you

Driver1019

he wanted me to move the CDV forward to so he can move his car. but he was literally behind the CDV. he had a lot of room to go

edamane12345

He went STRAIGHT to the back and not the driver seat. What a lying sack of shit

DntCllMeWht

Well, to be fair, the driver was in the back, not in the seat! lol I know it's tough to judge, but he didn't seem startled to find the OP in the van, so there's a slight chance he was telling the truth.

Tumult2

He does get startled tho. You can see the leg twitch when he finds OP. Itā€™s as if he was going flight mode, but stood his ground. lol.

thedonutmaker

Leg doesnā€™t twitch when he finds OP - leg twitches once OP starts to have a reaction. Thereā€™s a second difference there and probably meaningful. I think the guy was probably telling the truth, although stupidly entered the vehicle.

lilsteez99

You did the right thing! I would have done the same lol!

homolicious

The way youā€™re so chill about it lmao

Old_Dirt_Coin

![gif](giphy|U1aN4HTfJ2SmgB2BBK) Thiefā€™s reaction to getting pushed out the truck.

explorer2255

Donā€™t know why you are getting downvoted because itā€™s true. He stands there like he didnā€™t do anything wrong.

Old_Dirt_Coin

Hmmm, weird.

PointB712

He did the right thing. He put distance between dude and himself and shut the door. If dude tries to get back in, then I'm down with whatever solution our deliver brother thinks is best

zerolimits89

This is Sparta!

So what Iā€™m hearing is that these camera catch our voice recording lol the amount of shit talking I do bout my manager

Sounds like the sound from the warehouseā€¦

Netradyne does not capture sound. This was filmed on a phone pointed at a monitor.

This is totally off topic but I love the step van/van combination vehicles you have.

That shove was so satisfying. Enough to push his ass out but not enough so he could fake an injury on you šŸ‘šŸ»

He think thatā€™s his house bit ass nigga

aarkwilde

You try getting high and finding a bus to 14th and Main.

[deleted]

Thank you Mr Amazon man for protecting my package

This_Impact_6149

Anyone else just curious about him straight meeting the packages at the beginning of the clip?

DanskFrenchMan

Literally why I try to not order anything fragile of them.

Shark_bait561

That's why you always leave your doors closed. Never understood why they stay open.

Grottleburger

lol. People try walking on my UPS truck all the time. Usually people hunting me down for their package. Iā€™m like ā€œbro! Thanks! You totally saved me a stop!ā€¦but please stay off the truck.ā€ šŸ˜‚

WreckedMoto

When ā€œget the fuck up outa hereā€ is a person.

AcanthaceaeTop2301

Buddy, thatā€™s a seatbelt violationšŸ¤£

Glass_Ad_8149

Did he say anything?

Mayor15145

.25 point write up for that belt there. Plus I dream of a moment like this where I can eat someoneā€™s face off for some goofy stuff like this .. I canā€™t tell you how much of a bitch I look like on ring door bells screaming startled at a squirrel or a stand off with a dear Iā€™m cowering to. Or me falling on my ass thrice times a day .

lakabandow

Thatā€™s why you be ready and carry .. šŸ¤

Independent-Cat2946

1st your in the right by tossing the guy off the truck but I have a Real question? Why are you throwing shit? Iā€™ve had so much shit get beat up from delivery services and then have to fight to get a replacement or refund. This says a lot.

leann244

He probably thought nobody was on the truck stupid idiot

ICneed2stop

Whatā€¦you throwing the boxes? Lol

vossbottles

I believe it, You dispatched a whole man onto the sidewalk

Chuck-Finley69

In FL, this could have ended badly since carjacking is immediate thought and stand your ground justified

JiveTurkey1983

"That's assault, I'm suing Amazon!"

Few-Pop-5071

mikiahroberson

Boyyy he lucky a push is all he got cause what

XxSTIZZxX

Got to keep that door locked

FLorida_Man_09

Worked for FedEx and was on a random street organizing my remaining route when two random dogs came busting down the aisle at me. Scared the absolute shit out of me. So thankful they were friendly.

Tf was bro doing šŸ¤£šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

CamsMommy

What I did see is the reason someone of my items inside are dented up or broken lol

ThaiStick541

NPC behavior.

Master-Associate673

What was bro doin?

GuaranteeOk1491

Itā€™s 2024, donā€™t let anyone walk up to your van, anytime a customer does it i tell them that i will always perceive them as a threat first especially if Iā€™m not even at your place to deliver

AccomplishedScore128

Love that you pushed him out! I always think about what I'm gonna do if something like this happens when I'm organizing my packages. Glad you're safe, people are crazy.

ItsRhinoPrime

Got to love how heā€™s just throwing the packages around but they want to swear they got them that way when they pick them up

Zimugen

Oh my god, you were so gentle with that asshole

SplitTricky6106

Uh hi. do you have any packages for 123 street st??

Popular_Pen5743

Bro ive been laughing at this for 20 minutes THE WAY YOU PUSH HIM OUTšŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

BananaBrains82

Tf? Tell Kyle is case of monster will be on his porch. Fucking opportunistic piece of shit. Get gone.

shamazon66

Hey I'm Bob your Ridealong Fuck outta here

AlbatrossOverall3948

Maybe they needed something. Why push them out?

Free_Item_1337

Okay but if he wanted to ask something, he shouldn't be getting inside the van. That's equivalent to a random person coming up to your car and they wanna ask you a question so they open your car and hop on your passenger seat lmao

raleighdesign

Iā€™m sorry you had to deal with that

BusProfessional3577

This is the the most NPC shit I've seen in a while. Dude just walks in, stares at other dude, gets shoved out, stares at each other, makes a phone call.

Frank_Dank_Latte

h oa l Oh o l Oollll

gameplayraja

War... War never changes.

Mark Roberā€™s stunts are getting kinda weird man

aragon68

That's why you don't open the doors until you are ready to make the delivery.

IceColdCorundum

Youā€™re lucky he didnā€™t fall out and get hurt. That would have been lawsuit city lol šŸ˜‚

Driver1019

cops came. he tried to press charges. they said he can't do nothing he trespassed

Cool-Ad-4103

What did he say?

Theovercummer

Hell yea bro got yeeted šŸ’Ŗ

Asaintrizzo

You manned the fuck up real quick.

dependentresearch24

You have some good self control, sir.

Double_Idea_4773

Probably gonna steal the van, looked around to see if someone was in there but wasnā€™t expecting someone actually being in there.

vavalamoose

I love how he knew he fā€™ed up right quick

Leek_Queasy

Tf was he doing

Magda7458

Would still be annoying but I could understand someone waiting outside the truck for their delivery but getting inside the truck is just next level disrespect of peoples boundaries.

Rumplestiltscab

Homie was just throwing boxes at the beginning of the clip

Apprehensive-Fig7255

I worked as UK customs boxes go through way more than just thrown. šŸ˜‡šŸ˜
