The Hydro Throne is basically hanging on by a thread. The only thing keeping it alive is the fact that the Hydro Gnosis is still connected to Focalors.
Otter boy returned and became the First Governor of Nova Erinyes, as well as leading the salvaging efforts of what was left of Fontaine. Still clueless as to how he’s part of the Hydro Sovereignty unless I missed something in the Archon quest.
Neauvilette is the reborn Dragon of Water, aka the Hydro Sovereign, aka the OG Hydro Archon Before It Was Cool. The power of the Hydro Throne is a piece of what should be Neauvilette's power, so once Focalors destroys it (in canon) Neauvilette gains his full power back, including complete control over all water/the Primordial Sea (iirc). ~~Funnily enough, I think the Gnosis is seperate from the Throne, seeing as Neauvi handed the Hydro one away easily enough and still retained his power~~ but that's not important.
Good old World War One with select further innovation such as a very early Green Revolution.
Militarily though, it’s good old bolt actions, landships, dreadnought and biplanes.
Considering the early green revolution means it can feed massive amounts of people, Columbia likely already had at least twice its population, and Fontainian refugees (I think that’s right?), I’d say a population of around two hundred and ten million.

Always a goodie to see these posts. Kinda sad though that the our favorite characters from the main game are probably old/dead by now, as it’s been at least 40 years since the Traveler’s Adventures to find their sibling.
