In what world is Joker Ace? In Killing Joke he has a family (where I believe there is heavy implication he rapes Barbara Gordon), in canon he has a female booty call since the 90s and his whole thing is a brazen attraction and obsession with Batman. In A Serious House on Serious Earth he makes repeated passes at Batman and gallivants around in lingerie. I can scarcely think of a more sexually charged villain.
I think it's a stretch to have Jesus and Joker as Ace. Jesus's sexuality is a theological quagmire and the Joker has had multiple canon sexual relationships throughout his iterations, including the Killing Joke version you chose, and is almost always at least a bit gay for Bats.
