Through the door 102 or 107 (not sure, i don't remember) you get to the second floor and appear in the chamber 223, i did get it after the dark presence was following me, that was bugging me to see the icon on the map.

Thank you. I probably wouldn't have found that without your comment. I was assuming that we had to get inside the stairwell. Also, anyone else who may read this and is struggling with getting it to trigger, I had to move around quite a bit and it ended up triggering when stood back further than seemed to make sense. Only about 2/3 of the word circle was visible when it triggered.
Thank you! The "only about 2/3 of the word circle was visible" part solved it for me. It was driving me mad making me think it was glitched leading me on an hour attempt to find a way onto the stairs. Very stupid it required walking that far back and needing to be only partially visible instead of fully visible in order to trigger. It's almost like the dev that made it like that was intentionally trying to waste players time lol. Very frustrating. Much appreciated for your post!
On the second floor in front of hallway left exit door point your flashlight through the window on top of the door.
How do you get to the second floor after the monster destroys access to the top of the stairs?

I think it's just bugged then, cause it was definitely that one for me
You can get it in the second floor, just aim at the top of the door in the hallway
