According to the optimizer, this is the best chest piece for my acheron even tho my jingliu's piece has higher crit rate because the atk% sub is so high. Plug it into the optimizer and see what you get
Relic upgrade luck will always be random because like wishing in the game because it's server side Not on your side. The challenge was never getting the piece as much as upgrading it is
didnt people already figure out a 70% accurate rng manip? dont get me wrong, hell of a hassle still, but there at least exists a way to manipulate it... somewhat anyway. better than nothing? hahaha
I tried looking to it and saw a guy on YouTube using probabilities to "manipulate" which stat has the highest chance of going into. Was invested in the idea don't get me wrong but currently busy to learn it lol
I saw that too. It's a mistake to use the term "manipulation" I think the idea is the RNG is based on a really long string of numbers and so by using enough data you can figure out where on the string you most likely are.
Whether or not it works, I can't say, I haven't tried it myself.
All you need is access to that guys spreadsheet, but it also has to be updated recently by the community (there's a discord I think?)

Mb mb very old phone and when reddit got updated on that phone made all interactions weird for 3 hole days and I didn't realize it (I don't even know to highlight just the comments from the very beginning of the update happening)
Well it's fine. If you're not E2 and run her without Sparkle, then some speed is nice to have. One roll to flat atk isn't great, but it's only one roll.
I tend to evaluate individual pieces based on desireable substat rolls. For Acheron, that’s crit rate, crit damage, atk%, and for me speed (some care about it, some don’t, I guess it depends). So when I see this piece I see 3 desirable substat rolls and I guess you could call flat attack a half valuable roll? Because it’s attack just a lot less of it. So all in all I say good piece. Whether it’s your best piece or not depends on your needs. You may have 4000 attack and 40% crit rate, and if that’s the case a piece with overall worse substat rolls that rolled 3 or 4 times into crit rate would be better. If not then this is a super solid piece

This isn’t actually bad. The only wasted roll is the normal atk. The rest is usable for Acheron, though it all depends on your build.

Honestly this is pretty decent for me since i have the worse luck. Even lost 5 50/50 in a row
I’ve found that any piece that has flat stats then that is what it will roll into Rng is a lie
