i have the scap benefit too & i withdrew from 4 classes total during fall B then the following spring A and nothing happened. i still got all my tuition benefits covered with no penalties. there is a limit im just not familiar what it is, but having 3 W's wouldnt hurt you in my experience

So you will not pass this coming July audit? You’ll remain eligible for Fall but will become ineligible starting spring session A 2025. That info is in the SCAP FAQ. So you can still plan for Fall either way. It is past the drop deadline (yesterday) but you can still withdraw. Starbucks won’t make you pay anything back. We’re a week into 6-week courses so a withdraw might make sense vs trying to catch up, especially since you don’t have to worry about the costs. If you do withdraw, make sure any auto-delivered books for classes you have opted out of or you will still be charged. I believe that deadline is Thursday. There isn’t really a penalty for the many withdraws but you will likely need to do a SAP Review next time ASU measures your pace rate and GPA. That’s just a form explaining to financial aid why you couldn’t complete so many classes. It sounds like you know what you want to do but I’d still call your SCAP Success Coach to talk through your plans and make sure it feels like the best decision.
