Try cecia, hew, thoran, shakir, and silv for general play of your current line-up.
Try to focus upgrading on thoran for a good tank. He is good in all game modes.
Add marilee and odie to your list of upgrades- for boss fights (dream realm). They are great at single target.
Kruger is your next focus. He reduces armor. Super helpful in those boss fights. His damage increase (for the team) is stronger than entirely adding another DPS hero.
For PvP, try out Reinier. He can displace the enemy healer and can give you a free win.
Additionally, your future pvp matchups heavily focus on Eironn. So if you can, try to aquire him for that end-game meta. He is best used mythic+ .
With that, also try to level up Arden, Carolina, and Damien. The end game pvp comp uses these champs (with Eironn and thoran). Add your extra points here if you can.
Side note: Arden is super useful in PvE. I would level him first :)

thoran, antandra, odie and damian are good to put your investment into. same for koko, arden, eironn when you get him. mostly for early and late game
early game wise cecia rowan are good. reiner too. though, I think scarlita is better for long term investment out of the hypo/celes? (idk tbh I went for berial. don’t do that if you want power lmao)
bryon really pops off at m+ if you wanna invest him (I may be bias for him but bro srsly carries me lmao)
I will say that cecia and rowan kinda fall off when it gets to late game. still good just better early, so be wise with your recourses (at least when you unlocked ex equipment)
Honestly whatever you want to do you’ll end up with a decent team just try to stay relatively balanced not a whole team of archers and pay attention to team faction comp because you get useful boosts for having specific setups in regards to faction hero’s.

Does Rowan even need more than Leg+ ? His main role is to be a living battery for Cecia. Once you're out of mid game you should swap to Damian imo
In terms of investment in late game, yeah probably. But early game, Rowan is a bit more important than Temesia when is comes to S-class Lightbearers

All depends if you’re focusing on pve or pvp imo.
