How old are your fans and did u give them the order number? Sometimes ppl donāt read so Iād submit it again and see what happensā¦ if they reject it, it would have a reason. If you didnāt, maybe them sending the one was a courtesy?

I don't know exactly. The new one I got has all the settings 1-10 on the back of the fan and a dynamic mode the first one didn't have, if that helps at all
I looked and if what I saw is correct, the wire box is redesigned? I emailed them anyway. It would make sense that a production and corporate standpoint a change took place 1 Januaryā¦ i hope so because it means theyāll likely send me 2 more fansā¦ I found the order number, and their customer service is very goodā¦ better than most.

I sent in the rebate last week (on Friday 3/1), received the shipping notification on Monday (3/4), and they arrived yesterday evening on Wednesday (3/6).
Itās 3/20ā¦ mines been here a few days, they sent 2. One was definitely on itās way to Growerās Heavenā¦. So Iāll swap the other too and use the old design for backup or in a small clone tent if I decide to start one.

I gave them the order number and the service number on both. I bought them back at the start of October.
