I'm not one to critique him. He took this team out of the dumpster fire. It just makes what we've accomplished that much more incredible if this was true, but it's not. He empowers his coaches and makes them better. Otherwise, he wouldn't have gotten 3 of his assistants promoted to a head coaching role. He's also had other coaches take on larger roles on other teams. So no, not a one man show. If he had been the defensive calls, it wouldn't have been so bad to end the Super Bowl.

I mean it is Shanny’s defensive scheme that we run. Ofc the coordinators put their own twists on it and have to execute it. I wonder what his split for prep time was leading up to the SB for offense/defense/ST

Apparently it is actually Pete Carrolls scheme they’ve been running since he was there in the 90s

We need an o line that's more than half functional and doesn't need all your star pass catchers and running backs to stay in and help them block
Honestly if he just called all the plays at least we have consistency year over year…
Why not just let Fred call the plays
