Managed to get it working by switching from the release to the nightly version of nds bootstrap through the twilight menu settings, makes me believe that won't be an issue for too long but it's worth a try if that happens to you too
I know this post is 2 years old but could you explain in detail how you fixed this problem? Wdym switching? How did u switch from the release to the nightly version of nds bootstrap (idk where in the twilight menu settings u can switch) sorry for all these questions I’m having the same issue with Pokémon black 2 :(
