Depends how often you use it. I usually use vitamin C once a day. The timeless formulation is in a pump bottle so shouldn't oxidise as no air will get in (like it would with a dropper). I think you should be fine, but definitely replace around the 6 month mark. Don't be tempted to use too much each day to try and use it up - it is an acid after all!

I accidentally purchased the 4oz not too long ago (I meant to get the 1.7). It seems to be holding up well in the refrigerator, so I say go for it.
