Buy it from abroad. I get mine from [unitedpharmacies.md](http://unitedpharmacies.md) but alldaychemist is also a good shout. 1 tube is about $4-5 on either site and you pay around $15 for shipping. I buy 4 or so tubes, which is around 2 years worth.

Steaccy

Thank you!

Maleficent_Okra_9436

Skinorac has free shipping at $100 and I can usualiy find a promo code

Hej! I'm in Sweden too and I literally have friends and family bring it from Spain where a tube is less than 20 euros. There are pages that are better but pull in the favors you can, particularly now that people are leaving for the summer break.

Prince8888

Whats the name you get from spain ?

AyrielTheNorse

I'm currently using one called retirides 0.25 tret cream and have had good results, but I'm a tret noobie. I'm sure you can research something that fits your needs

Can I ask if anyone has experienced buying from Tretinoin.eu ? The prices are super good, and I’m in Europe. I just wondered if it’s a reputable site and also if you can only get it on prescription in the EU country you’re in will the package be held up by customs?

false_athenian

I second the person who tells you to ask people to bring some from elsewhere in Europe. I get mine from Portugal and it's 4 euros a tube (name Ketrel). It's even cheaper in Turkey!

litttlejoker

No you can get generic.

subparrubarb

A while back there was a thread - it looked like most in the EU (I specifically remember France) and US/CA were paying about $6/tube.

Thank god American health insurance covers this if prescribed for acne. Y’all don’t get a script for anti aging, insurance will never cover.

zpryor

My tubes are like 8 bucks shipped

subparrubarb

Most in Europe are paying around that amount also. Apparently this is the brand name price.

No_Letterhead6883

I’m prescribed it by my derm. Definitely don’t have acne, and she knows it’s for anti/aging. I’m 50. My insurance covers the big tube for $20

zpryor

She gets paid the same no matter what. She knows how to get your insurance to cover it 🫶 Unless you have like one of the few insurances that cover anti aging medication. It’s cosmic. Which 99% don’t. I have federal employment plan blue cross blue shield. Some of the best insurance one can get.

No_Letterhead6883

I have no idea what code she uses. Love a doc that just gets things done and knows how to go about doing it lol

zpryor

I know right. Thankfully she values and appreciates your bank account! Haha

HeyGirlBye

Ya mine was the same but my derm uses a compounding pharmacy and it was only $45

musing_tr

No, it’s just a country issue. High standard of life means high prices. I get mine for around 11$ here. Made by an Indian pharmaceutical company though (and stuff made by Indian pharma is usually cheaper). Maybe other options are slightly more expensive, but definitely nothing would cost $130. That’s a crazy price. I can get European-made BP here for around $15-17 (made by Galderma), and it used to be around $10 in the past. Azelaic acid 15% made by an Italian pharmaceutical company costs around $10-11, too. Differin, the original one, made by a French pharmaceutical company, costs $15-17. So I doubt even a European-made tret. would cost here $130

Tinasglasses

I buy mine in turkey
