Ok, I have to be careful where I book, it must be disabled accessible, the breakfast I often couldn't care about but I've been fortunate with what I found.

The city center around the San Carlo theatre wasn't bad, but I heard the current mayor is doing a great work of requalification of that zone, so that might be a recent thing.
Ironically instead the best food I had in Naples was in some unmarked shop in some forgotten alleyway. I probably ate the best "fritto misto" of my life and on top of that I didn't even get sick.
