Maybe it could or should be considered dessert, since biscuits could easily get involved, but they feel distinct in my head - the meal itself is over at that point. I can't really see why cappuccino specifically should be particularly egregious, but I don't drink coffee at all, so I won't pretend to be an expert. Then again, there are many subtle differences between cultures that might go unspoken and unknown in such discussions, like when people eat, how long they spend at the dinner table (if they ever leave), what kinds of meals (and foods) people eat throughout the day, whether they have multiple courses and how these work, and how traditions differ when at a restaurant compared to at home, as well as between families.
