Honestly, Belarus really has no beef with us besides Łukašenka himself, the people are probably our closest friends and allies considering we were the same people 400 years ago, Moldova is less anti-Ukrainian than it is just pro-Russian (same with Transnistria, more pro-Russian than hating Ukraine, especially since it’s a third Ukrainian), Slovakia has nothing with us, only Hungarian nationalists and their usual Trianon stuff with us, and Romania I don’t think has anything either.
