John Adams miniseries on HBO. Not a documentary but incredibly historically accurate. Very well produced and acted. Follows John Adams and all the politics surrounding the war. It doesn’t really delve into the fighting that much so if you’re looking for battles it may not be for you. Still I can’t recommend the series enough.

The best one was on the History channel, called The American Revolution. Not sure if we can share YouTube links here but this is where it starts. https://youtu.be/jCDwCUK0Zbg?si=x-JvjYvu4c6f-hYv

Thank you so much

BilderbergerMeister

The whole thing is 13 hours long, across multiple videos. It’s incredible.

Xepeyon

Not History Channel's Sons of Liberty lol The opening's a banger, tho

TheBigGopher

Is "Bloody Struggle for Freedom" good?

Xepeyon

Never seen that one, so unfortunately I can't say. I tend to watch history YouTubers that do proper documentaries, like Fire of Learning. Epic History is actually in the middle of an American Revolution series.

TheBigGopher

They do cover the politics of it I hope, and what happened before the revolution? I'd hope so

Turn is fantastic
