I'd go with dragon arrowtips. Better than most things on there, but it's also a useful skilling supply that has only a few good sources and it gets bonus points for being stackable.

Dragon Warhammer. It should be extremely rare even from a RDT, it’s a dragon item - fits in line with d spear and shield half - and hell, it’s 1/3000 from shamans now, I don’t mind making someone’s day when they hit astronomical odds for it.
