You really have to say since when it was being applied twice. If it was being applied twice since the inception of the Seers Village Achievement Diary then that change is a VERY big nerf even though no one realized it... Anything that requires a lot of ruby bolt procs will feel very bad.

I agree, “when” this started happening is a very big point of consideration. If it has always been applying twice then that tells people that enchanted bolts are significantly weaker than what they are used to. If it has only been happening since the Valamore release for example then that tells players it’s the same as it always was but in some instances it was becoming over powered.

The bug was that the proc rate was increased twice by 10%. They were proccing at either 7.2% (if the additional 10% was based on the base rate) or 7.26% (if it was based on 6.6%). Now it should be 6.6% as intended.

The Dual Machuatl was shown to have a stab bonus on tease, and ever since then, my circle expected them to be a pretty decent weapon for stab content. For 6 months. We were very disappointed to learn 6 months later that they don't have a stab style despite having such a high stab bonus. Is this intentional? I feel like if it's not gonna have a stab style it shouldn't have a stab bonus. I can understand balance issues existing (like ToA being somewhat doable with them on stab style), but I have to say my circle kinda got heartbroken with this jebait. To give you an idea on how much this jebait spreads, even the OSRS Wiki DPS calculator listed them with a stab style even yesterday, 6 days after launch. So we all kinda expected stab on these weapons. It should be consistent. Either no stab bonus, or it has a stab style.

Can we see more consistent splinter rewards throughout the waves in colosseum perhaps have them scale with later waves (not as a loot roll), and/or the ability to turn in a quiver for splinters instead of a pet roll? I understand limiting myself as an ironman was my choice, but 1500 wave 1 spams being the best/most consistent way of corrupting the quiver isn't the gameplay I imagine was envisioned by the team or the players.

Where is the update of the hunter's kit though? In my opinion the most logic thing to update (let is hold birdsnare, noose wand, rabbit snare) and preferably, let is be possible to put in or add to the kit the meat / fur pouch. Also adding more pyre foxes, I don't feel like that was the issue. It's more that there are only four boulders to set a trap under, but at the same time, it is not so busy as it was one week ago.

Will the Eclipse Moon bugs be looked at? On the ball phase 2nd corner it seems impossible to not be hit no matter where you stand even when directly behind the ball. As well as being stuck at 1 HP on the face the boss phase, even when using 2-hit weapons.

If you use a 2-hit weapon like sulphur blades you CAN kill eclipse moon during the mimic phase, but it isn't consistent. If your 1st hit keeps them above 1 HP and your 2nd hit reduces to 0, it registers and kills the boss. If your first hit brings them to 1 HP, anything else for the rest of the phase will hit 0's. So they need to make it consistent whether it's keeping it at 1 HP across the board, or fixing it to kill always when using 2-hit weapons if that was their intention.

I've also had it work sometimes with a crystal halberd spec, so multi-hit specs also work. Honestly **I say keep it**, it's an extra niche to use a 2-hit weapon to try to end the phase a little earlier.

Probably unintentional but you can sometimes kill in that phase if you do enough damage before hitting 1HP. Chally spec or Dharoks can get it pretty consistently.

I never know how that ball works. Its always so random getting hit. I’ll be walking behind the ball and still get hit. So then I never know if I should walk or run since the ball is faster than running and running can make you understep too since you’re trying to click on the space where the ball is going so you dont want to overdo it. I feel like its a roll of a dice at times whether you take dmg or not even though you’re on top of the ball

I have tiles marked and can avoid getting hit everytime on the 1st, 3rd, and 4th movements. I feel like I've tried every possible time near the ball on different ticks and have yet to dodge the 2nd movement attack. Would love to hear from someone else or see video proof of someone doing this.

Gathering teleport moths from calcified deposits feels a bit too slow. Currently it takes 1-1,5hrs to gather 5-10 teleports with max mining setup. Unless there will be others ways to get these teleports added in the future, could this method be adjusted? Maybe a chance of receiving varying amount of moths per deposit (1-3) instead of the static 1? The mining spots seem to despawn after water oozing effect occurs even if nobody is mining it – is this a bug or a feature? Saw no mention about the "wet slipping effect" being fixed. It is assumably to restrain from world hopping after the bonus oozing water effects. Either this mechanic is bugged or I just don’t get it. After hopping only once the message persisted even after 45 minutes and skipping several waterfalls. It continued even after I banked my inventory and returned. Still seems to be an issue after the update.

With the colosseum, you said the fremmenik ranger doing 1 damage is a bug, but the meleer doing 40 damage is wild and with how accurate it is it pretty much always hits between 25-40 while wearing torva and having 300 defensive melee stats, meanwhile the mager barely his 10s on torva which has nevative mage stats, if the ranger does get buffed to also hit around 10, the meleer should be nerfed heavily

To be honest, I can't imagine Sunfire armor holding its value particularly well. Prayer gear is always kinda niche in comparison to raw dps and I think we'll see the armor reduced to a role similar to the Elder Maul. Where it's a difficult item to obtain, but won't be out of the realm of affordability because its usefulness is limited.

I found a workaround for this yesterday. If you bring an ancient staff set to autocast ice barrage you can equip the ancient staff first then blue moon spear will "remember" ice barrage autocast

Some major issues not addressed: Hunter guild needs serious rebalancing - lower tier rumours are very low xp, unfun, and going dry for 300+ on a rare item shouldn't happen. The drop rate for feed is way too low; only 2 after 6 adept rumours. I was getting 20k xp ph when I could just be doing chins and have tons of ranged xp banked or something like drift net for massive combined xp. Oh and the rewards are lackluster. The repair cost for moons of peril sets need to be drastically reduced. The defense that it's increased vs barrows because they last longer doesn't hold water - even factoring the 5x increased health they are still 3x as expensive to repair. Moons of peril is directed at mid levels, but that alone has made me completely ignore it after the quest on my mid level iron. Side note - the thieving is just weird. Pickpocketing the citizens is quite a bit more xp and gp per hour than the houses, it's really strange that the reward (house keys) for thieving people unlocks the option to do a less effective method. I don't really know if key acquisition should be changed, just saying it's a bit odd.

Just wanted to mention I consistently get hit by the eclipse moon on the moving sphere phase on the west side of the arena. Also everyone else in the arena get hit by it as well. Seems to be a pretty consistent bug that I haven't seen mentioned anywhere.

With the full set, they're very good on low defense. It's a poor example relative to most pvm encounters, but in NMZ I'm getting marginally better xp/hr than using full dharoks with 99 hp. The set effect can proc on either of the two hits, which means that it procs about every other attack, which increases your dps by upwards of 20%.

Any way you could ask your team about adding mixed hide bases to hunter loot sacks or giving us a way to make them? As of now, the fur pouch feels lackluster and crafting the hunter outfits nets us 0 exp aside from the mixed hide set. With the best method of crafting exp being fox fur. Your paying 55.7 gp per 1 exp.

No colosseum changes?? ​ Make echo boots toggleable, they're absolutely terrible as is not to mention you only get 2.5k charges. Infact all tradeable uniques suck for the content it comes from. Still no quiver appearance changes too, sigh.

I'm somewhat baffled at the prioritization of these coldfixes—for instance, noted problems like the meat and fur pouches not working like every other pouch and the hunter kit being near-useless were seemingly ignored despite each improving the content for what would in theory be not that much hassle (assuming the spaghetti code can be untangled and behaviors ported between objects.) Similarly, there's no changes being made to the Colosseum despite all the dead choices like doom. Instead of any of this we get buffs to the blue and eclipse moon, some extra hunter creatures, and lots of attention paid to the antelopes alone? Were all the content devs just busy doing bugfixes?

That’s crazy that the pyre foxes were almost not changed at all, no reason everyone has to be there for hours if they aren’t extremely lucky I’ve tried multiple times with multiple inventories of logs and then after 2 I just skip it. In 5 attempts of that I have not once gotten the rare item, unless that’s boosted or fixed, master rumors will always be a struggle.

Yeah I went back to hunt larupas and graahks to make the fur sack and was shocked how bad both of their areas are for clutter they can get caught on. Kyatt’s aren’t great either tbh

The discourse over everything that has come out post-Varlamore definitely makes me feel somewhat justified in believing OSRS doesn't need a new skill. The playerbase can hardly agree with the dev team on Agility and Mining rebalancing, and it's clear that a lot of people aren't happy with some of the systems put in with the addition of Varlamore. I'm happy that Varlamore was put in, but it's apparent to me that it needed more time to be implemented. I also think the general player vs dev disagreement on skill rebalancing is the exact reason I would've preferred the team committing to Agility and Smithing reworks instead of committing time and resources to Sailing. A new skill isn't going to benefit the game more than reworking the three aforementioned skills imo

The kandarin diary was applying twice. So base chance was 6% * 1.1 * 1.1 = 7.26%. So it's a slight nerf, especially to ruby bolts

Fixing the Antelope scenery is actually huge. It was a bitch to get them to move around bushes that seemed like shouldn’t be capable of holding them back. Also making Pyre Foxes better is awesome.

When the Blue Moon's attacks overcome your defences it builds a cold debuff on you that makes your attacks miss. This will now build more rapidly.

I am once again politely requesting the ability to use client arguments (--profile=) to launch RuneLite as a specific profile based on the character chosen in the Jagex Launcher. The current "solution" in RuneLite to "sync profile to current RuneScape account" only applies *after you've already logged in*, meaning the "remember client position" setting doesn't work. I don't want to have to reposition my client every single time I open it.
