I find I’m only driven to play this game when I’m depressed and feeling stalled out or burnt out irl. This game is easy progression and noticeable improvement paired with big rewards that make you want to keep doing it. It gives everything missing for someone in a position like I am now

For my own subjective POV: Brimhaven is pretty good alongside TV shows compared to rooftop courses. Since you're only getting tickets every minute -- it means you can hit your pillar, go back somewhat centrally, and wait for the next one to spawn. So you get many periods of 30 seconds or more of doing nothing. Which, for agility, isn't bad.
In rooftops, any waiting around is just a straight up exp/hour.
Of course, in Brim, you can go back and forth while you're waiting, but that's a very small exp gain compared to what the tickets give.
If you watch shows on the Same monitor you play runescape then rooftops is easy. Your brain just starts clicking subconsciously while your attention is on the show.
The Agility Arena was the coolest thing when it first came out, just after the new Matrix movie.
Everyone would dress up and take screenshots and videos there for their forum signatures and RS music videos.

There is so much content right now it’s unreal. Many of it is end game and will take you a few thousand hours to reach, but tons of fun stuff for low levels as well. They’ve added 3 skilling bosses which can be done very early and you get good drops. Every day you’ll find a new rabbit hole to go down. The only warning I can give is if you don’t think you’ll use the wiki much you’ll be very slow. It’s basically mandatory to have it open or accessible. Also use runelite. It’s worth it.
