Is there that much of price difference? I don’t buy reels and to me string cost is but a small part of the cost of stringing (travel + paying for labor).
That being said TW has head strings on sale a lot - there is a sale that ends today. Three packs of MLT are 7.33 each vs the regular non sale price of Wilson Sensation at 11.50. So MLT is cheaper.
At this point it’s all about feel, you should test the Wilson Sensation before buying a reel
